Description	Working in all areas of Fife you may be managing a team who may be involved in delivering any part of the elements listed. Gas Servicing The installation of gas heating systems to energy efficiency standards Kitchen installations and maintenance Bathroom installation programme Public Building refurbishments Monitoring sub-contractors employed to carry out associated works You must have a high level of experience in a customer focused Building Services environment and time served in the Gas/Plumbing industry. A certificate of completion of Gas/Plumbing apprenticeship is essential. CITB Site Safety Certificate, CDM Certificate, NEBSS/CMI Level 3, together with a qualification such as SVQ Level 3 in Operational Management, or equivalent Successful applicants would be expected to attain the above qualifications within 2 years of appointment.
