Description	Internal Applicants Only Housing and Neighbourhood Services aims to provide everyone with access to good quality affordable housing suitable to their needs. Based within the Housing Investigation Team you will provide information, advice and reports, process applications for legal actions, collate and produce statistical reports, input data, and provide case management support for the Investigation Officers. You will have 5 standard grades (or equivalent) or relevant experience, knowledge of dealing with complaints of antisocial behaviour and the current legislation. Competent use of Office Professional, and ability to learn systems quickly is also required with a good working knowledge of MS Access.
