Description	Internal Applicants Only Based within the Estates Management Team you will provide support in the areas of voids and estate management, by collecting, analysing and presenting data and information. You will have a minimum level of SVQ3, National Certificate, Higher Grades or equivalent demonstrating numeracy and literacy. Experience of working within a housing environment is essential, as is an ability to communicate with a varied audience and show excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues and customers. An SVQ level 3 in housing or equivalent is desirable.
