| Description | Lochgelly High School Community Use is pleased to offer a Swim Therapy class on Tuesday daytime (12.30-1.30).
These sessions are suitable for anyone with a disability or those recovering from long-term illness, such as a stroke or cardiac surgery. These sessions will also help people learn to swim and improve their health (such as weight loss or relief from arthritic pain). Lochgelly has a fully qualified swimming instructor, experienced in dealing with people with disabilities. We recommend that anyone interested consults their GP or Physiotherapist before attending. A friend, helper or carer is also welcome to come along to the swimming session to provide assistance in the water.
