Kirkton of Largo Primary School Image 1

Kirkton of Largo is situated in a rural location on the outskirts of Upper Largo, which is within easy travelling distance of Leven, Glenrothes, Cupar and St. Andrews.

The accommodation comprises of three classrooms and a hall. The school roll is currently divided into two multi-stage classes.

Our primary aim is to foster in young people a desire for knowledge and understanding, whilst equipping them with skills and attitudes that provide a foundation for lifelong learning.

A House System and Pupil Council are in operation and are well used to generate ideas and initiatives.Trips and outings are regularly arranged for pupils and senior pupils participate in an annual activity weekend at Ardroy Outdoor Centre.

We have a very active, enthusiastic and committed School Board. They take a full role in the smooth operation of the school, making contributions to policy and representing the views of the parental body. They also dedicate themselves to the financial improvement and social welfare of the school.

Prospective pupils and parents are welcome to visit, meet our staff and discuss any aspects of our school.
