The Bowhill Centre aims to provide a range of services and activities for all age groups within the local community of Cardenden which encompasses: Adult Learning Opportunities, Capacity Building, Youth & Childrens Work and Leisure Activities
Clubs and organisations can also hire the facilities.
There is a range of activities for all age groups - youth clubs - activity group for people with disabilities - 50+ leisure & recreation group - tai chi & yoga classes - dance classes for young people - quilting group - boxing club & taekwon-do. Computer classes lead by Adam Smith College. We always welcome and try to include in our programme any new activiities that people suggest to us if this is at all possible.
We also have John Thomson's own Hall of Fame with pictures and information about one of Cardenden's Local Hero's.

The building is on two levels: We have disabled access only to certain areas of the building which are the: Lounge - Main Hall - Den -Library - Downstairs Computer roomOpening Hours
9am till 9.30pm Monday to Friday9am till noon Saturday
