Kingsbarns Primary School was built in 1822 and is the oldest working school in Fife. It serves the  village of Kingsbarns and the surrounding area of farmland.

The school has two classrooms, a gym hall, and an office/dining area. The school is organised into two classes: Primary 1-4, and Primary 5-7.

The school is well served by a supportive Parent Council and an active PTA, both of which contribute greatly to the overall friendly and caring ethos found within the school. This is further enhanced by the tremendous support for the school from the local community.

The school is well staffed. All staff have high expectations of all pupils and aim to help each individual pupil to reach for a high standard of achievement in all they do.

The school welcomes visitors and we are pleased to discuss any aspects of our school and to show off the achievements of our pupils.
