Our S1 course consists of four main units:
- Food Block 1 - Basic equipment, hygiene and safety and cookery skills
- Food Block 2 - Scottish Dietary Targets and development of confidence in independent cookery
- Consumer - Rights of the consumer, advertising and convenience foods
- Textiles - Development of hand sewing skills and production of a cushion using a sewing machine
