SCHOOL AIMS
Attainment:
- to focus on raising attainment in all areas to foster attitudes of high expectations and achievement
Framework for Learning:
- to build a quality learning environment where staff maximise skills to ensure quality learning and teaching
Inclusion and Equality:
- to ensure fair and equal access for all by providing appropriate support for all pupils
- to foster an ethos of ‘belonging’ for all staff, pupils, parents/carers and the wider community
- to encourage participation of the wider school community in the decision-making process
Values and Citizenship:
- to develop positive attitudes towards discipline, respect, teamwork and responsibility by focusing on the 4 capacities of ‘A Curriculum for Excellence’

- to focus on a love of learning by developing creativity, using enterprising approaches including Active Learning
