Making a complaint
From time to time things may go wrong. When this happens we want to put it right quickly and take action to prevent it happening again.
If we cannot resolve your problem within the agreed service standards or to your satisfaction, you have the right to make a complaint to the Council.
If you wish to submit your complaint online please do so on our online complaints form.

Reporting a problem
If you have a new problem which you need to report, please do so now using the links below.

Using these on-line services will ensure that your concerns are directed straight to the officers who deal with these issues.
Comments
As well as complaints, we are always interested in your comments on Council services, policies and procedures. Your comments can help us to:
- improve the quality of services we provide, and
- plan and improve services which better meet your needs.
We also like to know when things have gone well and you have received good customer service, we can then pass this on to the staff involved.
