Purpose of consultation
We are always looking to improve our service. To do this, we are asking for feedback from people who have an interest in a non domestic property and where the Valuation Roll entry for that property has been amended within the past year. The Assessor for Fife, Heather Honeyman, is appointed to compile and maintain a Valuation Roll for Fife. Rateable, non domestic properties are entered in the Valuation Roll. This document forms the basis for the local authority, Fife Council, to collect non domestic rates. Further information relating to rateable values can be viewed online via the Scottish Assessors Portal website at www.saa.gov.uk
