Inverkeithing High School Community Use offers 2 Yoga classes on Monday evenings for participants of all levels of ability. Our Yoga course is designed to introduce and develop techniques and skills in relaxation and fitness. Movements are gentle and flowing, whilst toning and stretching the body's systems. Participants develop a unique series of energy block releases, whilst toning and improving core strength.
We offer 2 x 90 minute classes at either 6.30pm or 8.00pm on Monday evenings. For more information or to book a place, please contact Community Use reception on 01383 602349.

Equipment required: loose clothing e.g t-shirt, jogging bottoms or leggings. Bring along a travel rug or large towel for the relaxation at the end of the class.
