| Description | Aerobic classes are often set to music and aim to improve the function of the heart and lungs through exercise. They involve a lot of bodily movement (of course) in routines, but they are not "too repetitive".
Aerobics claims to relieve stress, strengthen bones, lower high blood pressure, tone, muscles, improve confidence, maintain flexibility and fight the ageing process. Workouts are designed to be flexible to suit most ages and abilities.
