Award winning musician and author, Justin Pearson, has created Tango! Tango! - a show that transports its audience into the world of Buenos Aires and that strictly passionate, and most intimate of dances, the Tango.

The great genius of the medium, Astor Piazzolla, is depicted as a passionate composer, an outsider who fought, connived and survived for his music. Alongside actor Patrick Lannigan, are five great musicians - Tango Volcano ("These guys are magnificent!" BBC London Radio) and dancers Richard Manuel and Jenny Nolan. The melancholy voice of the bandoneon (a type of concertina particularly popular in Argentina and Uruguay which is an essential instrument in most tango ensembles) provides the authentic sound of the tango, and includes some of the great tangos from the Golden Era.
