Personal care includes help with:

  • Breakfast
  • Prompting you to take your medication
  • Dressing
  • Getting up and going to bed
  • Using the toilet

Practical help or non-personal care can include help with:

  • Attending appointments
  • Cleaning and laundry

Home care is there to help if you are over 65, or have a disability, chronic illness, mental health issue or dementia. We can also help families with young children with a disability or chronic illness.
