Fife Council welcomes you to John Smith Business Park, one of Fife's premier business parks, situated in a high profile location on the northern edge of Kirkcaldy.

Fife Council has been developing John Smith Business Park since 2006 and has had success following the completion of the first two phases of office development, both of which have been sold to leading customer service company, MGt.

NEWS UPDATE

We're delighted to announce that the third phase of development, a further 23,500 sq ft of high quality office space, is now complete. First Minister for Scotland, Rt Hon Alex Salmond, officially opened the building in June 2009. For more information about JSBP3, look under our "current opportunities" page.

We are also pleased to welcome Evans Easyspace  to the JSBP. The new Evans Business Centre will provide 55 serviced offices to suit the changing needs of developing businesses.

A striking entrance feature for John Smith Business Park in Kirkcaldy has been installed, marking a further step in the Park’s development.

Work is also nearing completion on a £6 million programme of works, creating the roads, lighting and other infrastucture to provide a western gateway and essential link road through the park.
