How do we know if the plan's making a difference?
Health and wellbeing is affected by our life circumstances - income, work, education, employability, living situation, gender, disability, ethnicity, family relationships and community connections.
The outcomes of the Health and Wellbeing Plan cover all these areas.
To measure changes in health and wellbeing we look at a wide range of indicators around social and economic circumstances, education and employment, housing, people’s behaviour and choices, physical and mental health and wellbeing and community involvement.

We also need to understand if what we are doing is making a difference -this involves evaluating activity and approaches.
