The Employer Programme is a co-ordinated approach to delivering employment services.

It brings together a range of initiatives that provide:

• Pre-recruitment training

• Work placements

• Upskilling opportunities

• Employer specific training.

If you are a Fife resident we can:

• Help you into, sustain and progress within employment

• Access financial support for training courses

• Provide Work Placement opportunities

• Assist you to access a Waged Programme (for unemployed clients moving into new jobs only).
