How do you know if you’re doing enough?
- If you can feel your heart beating but can still keep up a conversation, you’re doing about right. This is called moderate physical activity.
- If you’re gasping for breath you’re working too hard
- But if you’re able to sing you’re not working hard enough!
Adults should be trying to achieve 30 minutes of moderate activity on most days of the week while children should be achieving 60 minutes of moderate activity each day of the week.
