Playfield Institute is funded through NHS Fife and aim's to empower frontline workers to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
The site has information on training courses held at the Institute including booking details; a section on information which has downloadable leaflets, documents and links to other useful sites; and a section on research that we have carried out which is relevant to promoting wellbeing in children and young people.

Another useful website is the Hands on Scotland website. This provides practical advice for workers and parents on how to promote mental wellbeing in children and young people. It gives practical information, tools and activities to respond helpfully to troubling behaviour and to help children and young people to flourish
