We have developed a comprehensive learning and development package for staff and their managers who are about to embark on the move to mobile and flexible working. If you are in a service which is about to do this or you are already working in flexible workstyle and haven't been given a password to access the learning portal, please contact your manager. In particular the Change Management and Managing Performance suite of modules in the Skills for All section can help improve your skill and understanding of how to work differently with team colleagues to maximise the benefits achieved when moving to flexible working.
