We provide a number of different services to support people in their own home. These services are provided once we have assessed your needs. We will involve you and your family or carer in this.

Support could include:

• Help with personal care and some domestic care within the home.
• Community Alarm Service - providing an alarm system so that you can get help in an emergency.
• Mobile emergency care team - a team of home carers who can provide help in an emergency.
• Shopping Delivery - a shopping service for people who are unable to shop for themselves.
• Meals on Wheels service - providing a daily hot nutritional meal to those people who are unable to make this themselves.
• Support to help you maintain your tenancy through housing support.
• Direct Payments which allow you to choose and arrange your own home care services
