Beath High Community Use, Cowdenbeath is running classes aimed at getting the kids off the couch on a Saturday morning.
We have Gymnastics classes which are fun, improve fitness, coordination, flexibility and stamina, as well as introduce youngsters to new friends. We follow the British Award Schemes Level 7-1, where effort will be rewarded with a certificate and BAGA badge for each level achieved. Skills will be taught on the floor, vault and trampette.
Classes for 4-7 years are on from 10.00-11.00, 8 years+ 11.00-12.00
We have Football coaching lessons on, which are run through the SFA and teach the 'Fun'damentals of football.
Classes for 3-5 years are on from 9.30-10.30, 6-7 years 10.30-11.30

We also have halls and courts for hire for anyone wishing to come up and have a family game of badminton or tennis from 9.00am - 1.00pm.
