Parkour Freerunning
Freerunning is the art of moving ones self through the environment in an effective way while expressing ones self through various fundamental movements such as; vaults, rolls, jumps, climbs, strides, etc.
Fife Parkour Coaching are providing freerunning classes at Balwerie Community Use every Wednesday from 19:30-21:30 hrs. The classes are open to anyone over 12 years old and for all levels, so whether you’re new to the sport or a well practised freerunner, we offer challenges and fun for all.
