Kirkcaldy & Levenmouth Local Management Group is holding its second Re-Shaping Care for Older People Stakeholder event on Thursday 31st May 2012, 09.00-12.30 at The Gathering Place, Leven Parish Church, Durie Street, Leven.
Are you working with older people? Do you want to get involved in shaping the future services for older people in Kirkcaldy and Levenmouth? If you work in health, housing and social care with NHS Fife, Fife Council or Voluntary and Independent Sector organisations then this event is for you.
By attending this event you will:-
- Increase your understanding of the shared vision for health, housing and social care services for older people;
- Increase your awareness of the work already underway in implementing Reshaping Care for Older People in Kirkcaldy and Levenmouth;
- Help to shape the priorities of the Local Management Group in delivering this shared vision.
