There were Fantastic Results at the Fife Adult Learner Awards for Glenrothes Learners!
Two of the top accolades went to Adult Learners from Auchmuty Learning Centre: IT (Information Technology) Learner - Susan Raines and Mature Learner of the Year - John Guthrie. Then to top off the evening John went on to be awarded Fife Adult Learner of the Year. This is a great achievement as it is the second time in three years that a learner from Auchmuty Learning Centre has been awarded Fife Adult Learner of the Year. JP Easton, CLD Team Leader said: "We are really proud of the achievements of all our adult learners and it's great for them to be recognised and celebrated at the Fife wide Awards ceremony. I think it shows what a good Adult Learning Team and partnership we have in Glenrothes for these results. It shows there are real impacts being made to the lives of our learners and their families and the community."
Mandy MacEwan added: "This is a great result for Auchmuty Learning Centre and we are organising a Glenrothes learner's event which will be held on June 15th. This will be to celebrate and recognise community based adult learner's achievements in the past year."
