Bokwa at Kennoway Community Use
New fitness craze Bokwa is coming to Kennoway Community Use, starting on Thursday 14th June, 6.15pm – 7.15pm. Cost £3.00 per class, with free taster session for anyone who comes for the first time.
BOKWAFitness is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry
BOKWAFitness is energetic, exciting, exuberant and exhilarating and consistently remains challenging, however is tailored for every type of individual to guide and assist with weight loss.
BOKWAFitness is a refreshing new program that has proven to be self- fulfilling for Group Exercise and individuals who participate in the classes. It is fun at its highest level…
BOKWAFitness will dance you to a healthier, more energetic, and happier YOU!
And if that’s not enough…directly after Bokwa we have a new Zumba class starting at 7.15pm – 8.15pm.
