Purpose of consultation
The Health and Social Care Partnership is a joint Fife Council and NHS Fife Board group. It has responsibility for the strategic development and management of health and social care services for:
- Older People
- People with a learning disability
- People with and affected by drug and alcohol dependency
- People with and affected by mental ill health
- People with a sensory or physical impairment
The Plan outlines the issues and challenges being faced or anticipated for these services and the Partnership's priorities for these services.
The Partnership would like to receive your feedback on its draft plan, be you an individual member of the community or an organisation working to support people who access these services.
