You will join an enthusiastic, multi-discipline team that are all committed to creating the best customer experience. We are looking for a talented, innovative person that can help provide Fifers with a choice of how they access council services and make sure we can deliver the services they need.

You will contribute to the specification, development, implementation and evaluation of new technology to improve customer service and access to information. This includes the development of Fife Direct, the council intranet and other self-service access channels using Cold Fusion and SQL.

The post is temporary for 3 years.
