MobileLochgelly Planning and Transport Guidance
On 28th September Cowdenbeath Area Committee agreed to adopt the Locheglly Supplementary Planning and Transport Guidance. This decision followed a public consultation held in June/July 2011. The Lochgelly SPTG is now a material consideration in determining planning applications in Lochgelly.
The Lochgelly Supplementary Planning and Transport Guidance provides guidance on urban design and sustainable development for an area in and around Lochgelly.
