Consumers can contact us through our partners at Citizens Advice Consumer Service. They will give initial advice and pass your enquiry to us should it require investigation or specialist advice.

Information and advice on consumer rights is available online at adviceguide.org.uk/scotland (takes you to an external website) where you can make an online complaint or enquiry
