Fife Council

 

You can join Fife Libraries by visiting any one of our community libraries.  You will need to show some identification and then you can access a wide variety of free services.

 

You can also join online!  We will email you your membership number and PIN giving you access to our a range of online services without even visiting a library.  You can view information 24/7  as well as find, request and renew borrowed items via our online catalogue.  You can even sign up for alerts to remind you when you're books are due for return or, to tell you that your requested items have arrived at your community library.

 

When you join online you will be asked to verify your details by showing identification on your first visit to your community library, and before borrowing any items.

 

If you have a MyFife card it's even easier to join.  Just call into your community library and we will activate your library membership on your existing MyFife card.
