The Scottish Parliamentary Election will take place on Thursday, 5th May, 2016. 

Each elector has two votes – one for an individual candidate standing in their constituency and one for the regional list

There are 5 Scottish Parliamentary constituencies within Fife:

  • Cowdenbeath
  • Dunfermline
  • Kirkcaldy
  • Mid Fife & Glenrothes
  • North East Fife

Electors also get a vote for a party or an individual candidate for the Mid Scotland and Fife Region.

EU Referendum

The Referendum on the U.K.’s membership of the EU will take place on Thursday, 23rd, 2016.

Each elector has one vote – either to REMAIN a member of the E.U.  or to LEAVE the E.U.
