An opportunity for older youths & adults of all abilities including beginners to attend a coaching session on our synthetic pitch. Sticks can be provided but if possible bring shin pads. Usual outdoor clothing + trainers/astro shoes.

Females session from 6.30pm to 8pm and Mens session from 7.30pm to 9pm
