    Location: Duffus Park, Carslogie Road, Cupar
    Come along and give Rugby a try at the Howe of Fife Rugby Club, Duffus Park. Howe of Fife Rugby Club, the RBS Club of the Season 2011/2012 would like to invite all boys and girls around NEF Fife to join in a Free session at Duffus park on Saturday 1st September 2012 between 10am -12.     Location: Rosyth
    The Club's Open Day is a chance to pop along to our home venue and have a taste of hockey - for all ages & abilities. Come and meet club members, try some simple hockey skills, play a game - coffee,teas, cakes, equipment, tombola and more all available. Come & find out what the club could offer you!

    Festival of Sport 2012 Free Rugby Training Session


    Location: Duffus Park, Carslogie Road, Cupar
    HOWE OF FIFE RUGBY CLUB, the RBS Club of the Season 2011/12, would like to invite boys and girls from around the North East Fife area to join them for a Free Rugby training session at Duffus Park on Saturday 1st September 2012. All coaches are qualified and all newcomers will be made very welcome and will be given the chance to try a fun and active sport. Sports clothing to be worn, also please bring a water bottle and if you have one a gum sheild. Come along and give Rugby a Try!!

    Location: Kirkland High School and Community College
    Come and Try gymnastics by Enigma Gymnastics Club will offer girls and boys the opportunity to try a new sport whether of nursery, primary or secondary school age.

    Festival of Sport 2012 CycleStart Kirkcaldy


    Location: Dunnikier Park
    CycleStart rides are designed to meet the needs of beginner cyclists, or those who have been away from cycling for some time, and would welcome the opportunity of easy rides with experienced cyclists to gain confidence, and to meet and socialise with like-minded people. Rides will be around 5 miles and at a relaxed pace designed to suit beginners, to allow you to enjoy the company as you ride along. Initial rides will last about an hour, or a little more, to give everyone a chance to enjoy the experience. CycleStart is supported by Fife Council local volunteers.

    Dinghy Sailing - training. No experience required. Trial membership available for anyone wishing to explore further without full commitment.

    Festival of Sport 2012 Come and Try Table Tennis


    Location: St Andrews Victory Memorial Hall
    This will be an informal "come and try" session at which all standards will be welcome to mix with current club members whose ages range from 10 to 79

    Festival of Sport 2012 Girls and Womens Football


    Location: Duffus Park, Carslogie Road, Cupar
    Girls and women of all ages are invited to attend free football training sessions during the two weeks every Monday and Wednesday. There will then be the opportunity for those that wish to, to play a game in a friendly against St Andrews University Womens squad on Sunday 9th September (15 years +) and to play in a game for those under 15 on Saturday 8th September.
