Local Heroes Event
Lead Organisation: Fife Council Museums & Libraries
A year-long programme of inspiring exhibitions and events celebrating people with a strong connection to Fife and the contribution they have made to the world, and recognising the great efforts, energies, talents and skills of our day-to-day Community Heroes.
Banners will appear in community venues right across Fife celebrating Fifers in the areas they came from, as well as a Fife-wide exhibition in Dunfermline Carnegie Library and St Andrews Museum.
In addition, throughout the year Fifers will be asked to tell the story of the special people who have made a difference to their lives.
