The Contact Centre objectives involve providing essential services effectively and efficiently to improve customer experience when contacting Fife Council.

 
The Contact Centre, which is open 24 hours per day and 365 day per year delivers a responsive, first point of contact service to customers. Providing information, advice and access to a wide range of different Fife Council services.

You will be within a Contact Centre environment and you will supervise the day-to-day performance of the Customer Service teams across the Customer Contact Centre. You will have to support and contribute to the delivery of council services.

You will have to act as a role model and be aware of their own behaviours in delivering excellent Customer Service within the Contact Centre environment.

This post is 24/7/365. You will work based on the 24/7 lead advisor rota, and will be expected to cover for critical shifts where required to cover sickness, holidays & training.
 
You will have experience in successfully coaching, evaluating performance and resolving customer issues within a customer focussed environment.

You will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond flexibly and sensitively to people with a variety of needs, in a variety of situations.
