Important information before you register
To register you will need a copy of your last bill showing your account information. If you don't have a bill you can request a copy by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have more than one business account you should register these individually.
At present you will still receive a paper bill. When paperless billing becomes available you will only be able to view bills in your online account. We will notify you in advance of these changes.
We will send you an email each time a new bill/notification is available for you to view online. If you have a representative that deals with Business Rates on your behalf they will also have to register for an online account to continue to view your details, bills and notifications.
