The Council's Safer Communities Team is celebrating 15 years of promoting road safety in Fife though the Safe Drive Stay Alive initiative.
Highlighting the dangers faced by new and young drivers on Fife roads the anniversary roadshow takes place on Wednesday 8th November at the Rothes Halls, Glenrothes.
The Interactive event starts at 5.45pm and will involve various stalls including Driving Challenges, Beer Goggles, an Emergency Services Photo Booth, CPR & Defibrillator display and much more.
The main roadshow starts at 7.15pm and will demonstrate what could happen when you are not in control of your surroundings such as when you drive whilst using a mobile phone or if you don't wear a seat belt. Practitioners from all the emergency services will be on hand to explain what their role would be if you were involved in a collision and families who have experienced a road traffic collision will be talking about their experiences.
Tickets are free and can be booked by phoning the Rothes Halls on 01592 611101 or online at
