The King’s Speech - FREE SCREENING

Introduced by Oscar Winning  Producer Gareth Ellis Unwin

Fri 6 Oct | 7pm |

Join us as we evoke the spirit of 1937 with the story of King George VI, his impromptu ascension to the throne and the speech therapist who helped the unsure monarch become worthy of it.   Q & A with Gareth before the film starts and a photo opportunity with Gareth and the Oscar following the screening.


80 Moments in Time - Exhibition

Let us whisk you back through the years, see at the initial plans for the building, the people behind it and the many famous folks who have tread the boards of this fabulous art deco theatre, along with some costumes and props.


Family Fun Day

Sat 7 Oct | 11am – 2pm | FREE

Dress up as your favourite film character and join us for some family fun including arts & crafts, digital animation, face painting and balloons all before you sit down to watch the movie TOY STORY - 12.30pm. HotScotch Ceilidh Band

HotScotch Ceilidh Band are a trio of dynamic musicians who offer an exciting blend of traditional and contemporary Scottish Ceilidh Music. With a fantastic mix of Accordion, Fiddle and Drums they give just the right atmosphere for a fun night of ceilidh dancing! Their lively style of playing and audience rapport will have you on the floor dancing all evening.
