Local offices in North East Fife are to follow a revised set of opening hours this summer but Fifers can still access all the Fife Council services they need in a variety of different ways.
From Monday 4 July, the St Andrews Local Office in St Mary’s Place will be open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Cupar Local Office in St Catherine Street will be open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Anstruther Local Office in Lady Walk will be open each weekday morning from 9.30 a.m. until 12.00 noon.
Customers can still access council services in a range of other ways including contacting the council by phone to make a payment, book an appointment or get advice.
Lots of information about council services is also available online at www.fifedirect.org.uk.
The council has recently updated its website to make it easier and quicker to find information.
Kate Hughes, Area Services Manager for North East Fife said: “We will be delivering our appointment service as normal, although customers may have to wait a little longer than usual for an appointment. We will do the best we can to minimise any disruption to customers, and will ensure that emergencies will be dealt with within the usual time scales. We apologise for any inconvenience these revised opening times may cause.”
