What Matters To You? Developing A Mental Health Strategy for Fife
Archived news: published on Thursday 14 Feb 2013 by Fife Council
What Matters to You?
Spring into action this March to help develop Fife’s Joint Mental Health Strategy.
What Matters To You? will be the name of Fife’s new ten year Strategy which aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of Fife’s people and deliver prompt, safe and effective treatment, care and support for people with mental health problems.
We wish to develop the new Strategy in partnership with people who care about staying mentally healthy and people who use mental health services. It’s also an opportunity for those who act as carers and workers in both health and social care settings to have their voice heard.
You are invited to come along and share what matters to you, in terms of your own and others’ mental health and wellbeing. You can have a say in what the strategy should include by coming along to a consultation event near you.
The first event is on Wednesday 13th March at Rothes Halls, Glenrothes and the second on Monday 25th March at The Vine Venue, Dunfermline. The events start at 13.00 with lunch and booking is essential. Please use the attached booking form to book your place.
