Union Duties - Blank Forms
An approved list of conferences and training courses agreed with the Trade Unions will be developed and maintained by HR, in consultation with Executive Directors. The purpose of the approved list is to provide Services with information on conferences/training for which paid time off may be granted, subject to the requirements of the Service, and thereby facilitate the process of dealing with time off requests.
The blank conference list and blank training list forms are available for Trade Unions to use to add conference and training courses to the agreed list. The forms are attached in the publications below.
