The Examination Report for FIFEplan was published by the Scottish Government’s Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) in November 2016.
The modifications arising from the reporters’ recommendations were accepted by the Fife Council's Executive Committee on 28 February 2017 where it was agreed that the Local Development Plan should proceed towards adoption.

The examination considered the content and policies of the Local Development Plan and the issues raised in almost 4,000 representations made to the plan. Many community groups and individuals got involved with the Plan and had their say. The Examination Report outlines the reporters’ conclusions and recommendations for each of the unresolved representations.
To help you find the sections of the Examination Report relating to your comments, the DPEA have produced a table identifying the relevant Examination Issue numbers for each person or organisation that commented on the Proposed Plan.
