Italian Bread Making

Italian Bread Making Imagine the aroma of delicious freshly baked focaccia coming from your kitchen – rich with olive oil and studded with tomatoes and herbs.
On our fun and informative Italian bread making course you’ll learn a basic recipe to bake your own focaccia – and how to adapt it by adding different flavour combinations. We’ll also make soft Italian bread sticks with herbs from our garden that you can use for dipping or sandwiches.

The course is hands-on and suitable for beginners or experienced bakers wanting to learn new recipes. We’ll create our bread from scratch, learning techniques and recipes. There will be time to discuss, taste and compare notes. You’ll leave inspired and ready to start baking at home. Please bring a box, a clean tea towel and a bag to take home your creations.

There is disabled parking on site and The Lang Spoon Community Kitchen is wheelchair and mobility friendly.
