Parkour (Freerunning)

Fife Parkour Youngsters can come along and learn the basic movements of Parkour, basic techniques are developed and then applied to create a class that develops incredibly functional and usable fitness! Youngsters will be taught to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body, principally through running, jumping, climbing and quadrupedal movement.
